Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pSEO Engine ("the Service"), operated by QuantumCX. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

The Service

pSEO Engine researches keywords, generates programmatic SEO landing pages with AI, publishes them, and monitors their performance. Generated content is produced by automated models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful and appropriate for your audience.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person may not hold multiple free-trial accounts.

Plans, credits and payment

• Free trial. Starting a free trial requires a valid payment card. The card is authorised but not charged during the trial. The trial runs for the number of days shown to you before you enter the card, and includes a one-time allocation of free trial credits. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into the paid plan you selected and the card is charged the price shown to you at that time. The amount, the date and the cancellation route are all displayed before any card details are entered. You may cancel at any point during the trial from the billing page, at no cost. One free trial per person.
• Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that is granted at the start of each billing period; unused plan credits do not roll over.
• Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and do not expire while your account is active.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or quarter until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with at least 14 days' notice for existing subscribers.
• Because credits are consumed by third-party AI usage as they are spent, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where the Service failed to deliver what you paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing or harmful;
• target websites or brands you do not own or have permission to work on;
• attempt to bypass credit metering, rate limits or security controls;
• resell the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter and of the pages the Service generates for you. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and publish that content on your behalf. We do not claim any rights over your websites or generated pages.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers, hosting, payment and email services. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and features that depend on them may change.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantee about search rankings, traffic or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantumCX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms or prolonged non-payment. On termination your data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
