What is an AI Action, in plan terms?

It is the unit your plan buys. 2 actions write one page and a research run is 50 flat, so a plan's monthly allowance converts straight into pages and runs: 1,000 on Growth is roughly 500 pages a month. Actions are the only thing metered — the model tokens behind them run on the key you connect in Project Settings, billed by your provider at their price.

If I bring my own key, am I paying twice — once for the plan and again for tokens?

You are paying for two different things, and only one of them comes from us. The plan is the engine: research, generation, review gates, publishing, rank tracking, the QA layer — the machinery that turns a brief into published pages. The fuel is the tokens, and they never pass through us: every action calls your own key and your provider bills you directly, at their price, with no markup where the two bills meet. A free Gemini tier covers weeks of light use; a heavy month of generating costs more fuel — billed by Google or Anthropic at cost, not by us. The token-markup alternative looks like one bill but charges the same fuel with a margin folded in: pick any competitor pricing page, divide by what raw tokens would cost, and the spread is what BYOK leaves in your pocket.

What if I burn through a plan's actions mid-month?

The plan stops costing you anything further: when the allowance is spent, generation pauses until you top up or the month rolls over. Published pages remain live and tracked the whole time. Top-up Action Packs never expire, so buying one never puts you against a clock.

How does the trial work before the first charge?

There is no first charge waiting for you: the trial is 75 actions over 7 days with no card on file and nothing that auto-converts. Use the allowance to price a real campaign — one research run, then the page set, then read the results. If it earns a plan, the billing page is one click and the first charge is the plan you chose — no surprise tier, no annual anything.

Can I cancel, and is there an annual contract?

Cancel whenever. Plans are monthly or quarterly only — there is no annual contract. Quarterly is a discount, not a lock-in.

How many clients can one plan cover?

A plan is not per-client: 1 project on Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Scale, and you choose per project which client domain it publishes to. Agencies typically run one project per client; quarters cost less than months if the work is steady.
