Privacy Policy

pSEO Engine ("the Service") is operated by QuantumCX ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use pseo.quantumcx.net, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the unique identifier of your Google account. If you create a password account we store only a salted hash of the password, never the password itself.
• Project data. The websites, keywords, business details, target locations and page content you enter or that the Service generates for you, plus optional integration credentials you choose to connect (for example a WordPress site or Google Search Console). Stored credentials are encrypted at rest.
• Billing records. Your plan, credit balance and a ledger of credit usage. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data. Server logs containing IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

How we use Google account data

When you choose "Continue with Google" we request only your basic profile and email address. We use them solely to create and sign you into your pSEO Engine account and to match it to an existing account with the same email. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google data, and we do not sell or share Google user data with third parties or use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use your data

• To provide the Service: research keywords, generate and publish pages, run audits and track rankings.
• To meter usage against your plan credits and to bill you.
• To send transactional email such as weekly performance digests you have enabled and billing notices.
• To keep the Service secure and to investigate abuse.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the Service. They process data only on our instructions:

• Vercel (application hosting) and Aiven (database hosting).
• AI model providers used to generate and optimise content, currently routed through OpenRouter, Google (Gemini) and Anthropic. Project content you ask us to generate is sent to these providers as prompts.
• Serper.dev for search-result data and Pexels for stock imagery used on generated pages.
• Dodo Payments for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.
• Resend for delivering email.
• Google, when you sign in with your Google account.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account exists. You can delete projects at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at baibhab.official@quantumcx.net from the address on the account, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except for billing records we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, integration secrets are encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is restricted to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password or Google sign-in.

Cookies

We set a single session cookie so you stay signed in, plus a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in to protect against forged requests. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced by email to account holders.
