Email me
There is no contact form and no ticket queue. Mail goes to me, and I answer within one business day.
Already a customer?
Support lives inside the product. Sign in and use the support link in the dashboard — it reaches the same inbox, but with your account attached, which saves a round trip.
Evaluating pSEO Engine?
The fastest answer is usually the product itself. The pricing page has the plan limits and the action costs, and the trial is 75 AI Actions over 7 days — no card needed to start. If something there is unclear, that is worth an email — it probably means the page is wrong.
Press, partnerships, or a startup programme?
Same address. The about page has the registered-business details you are probably looking for.
Running a free audit first?
You do not need to email to get one — the free audit takes any site URL and mails the report back, no account and no card. But if your site is JavaScript-rendered or behind a bot wall and the crawler came back empty, email me the URL anyway: a manual pass usually gets further, and it is the same report either way. Audits run on a sample of your pages; ask for a full-site pass if you want every URL covered before a migration or a redesign.
Make the first email count
Most support threads take one round trip when the first email carries three things: the URL of the project or page you are looking at (or the site URL, for a pre-sales question), what happened, and what you expected instead. If the problem is visual, add a screenshot — “it looks broken” takes three emails to pin down; a screenshot pins it in none.
And if a bug is costing you money — a stuck publish, a failed research run mid-campaign — put that in the first line of the email. It changes how the next hour is spent.
